အပိုင္း ( ၁ )

Soft reboot ကို လုပ္ေဆာင္မယ္ ဆိုရင္ ဘယ္ OS ကို installed လုပ္ထားလဲ ဆိုတာ ေပၚမူတည္ၿပီး Steps ေတြက ကြဲျပားသြားပါတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လဲ ဆိုေတာ့ OS platform ေပၚ မူတည္ၿပီး reboot process ေတြက သူ႕နည္းနဲ႕ သူ မတူညီ ၾကလို႕ပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီေနရာမွာ ကို စိုင္းေနဇင္က Windows ကိုပဲ သံုးတယ္လို႕ ယူဆလို႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ အေနနဲ႕ Windows နဲ႕ ပတ္သတ္ၿပီး Soft reboot လုပ္ေဆာင္နည္း နဲ႕ Hard reboot လုပ္ေဆာင္နည္းကိုပဲ ဦးစားေပး ေဖာ္ျပသြားပါ့မယ္။ Hard reboot လုပ္ေဆာင္နည္းကိုေတာ့ အပိုင္း ( ၃ ) မွာ ေဖာ္ျပထားပါတယ္။

အပိုင္း ( ၂ )

Windows XP မွာ Soft reboot ေပးမယ္ ဆိုရင္ 'Start' Menu ကေနတစ္ဆင့္ 'Turn off Computer' ကို ေရြးေပးၿပီး 'Restart' option ကို click ေပးရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Windows 7 နဲ႕ Vista မွာေတာ့ 'Turn off Computer' မခံထားပါဘူး တိုက္ရိုက္ 'Start' Menu ကေနတစ္ဆင့္ Restart ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Shut Down ေရြးသြားလို႕ ရပါတယ္။

ေနာက္တစ္မ်ိဳး အေနနဲ႕ CTRL, ALT နဲ႕ Del keys ေတြကို ေပါင္းႏွိပ္ၿပီး Windows XP မွာဆိုရင္ Task Manager window ကေန တစ္ဆင့္ 'Shutdown' လုပ္မွာလား 'Restart' လုပ္မွာလား ဆိုတာ ေရြးေပးလို႕လည္း ရပါတယ္။ ဘယ္ OS Platform မွာပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ Soft reboot လုပ္တဲ့နည္းက ကြန္ျပဴတာ တစ္လံုးကို Reboot လုပ္ဖို႕ အတြက္ ပိုၿပီး သင့္ေတာ္ပါတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လည္း ဆိုေတာ့ Soft reboot လုပ္တဲ့နည္းကို သံုးၿပီး ကြန္ျပဴတာ တစ္လံုးကို Reboot ေပးရင္ Operating System components ေတြကို ထိခိုက္ေစမယ့္ အႏၱရာယ္ကေန ကာကြယ္ၿပီးသား ျဖစ္လို႕ပါ။ ဒီ Soft reboot လုပ္ေဆာင္နည္းက Step by Step သြားရင္ အခ်ိန္နည္းနည္း ၾကာေပမယ့္ တကယ္တမ္း System တစ္ခုလံုးမွာ Run ေနတဲ့ processes အားလံုးကို စနစ္တက် ပိတ္ေစတာမို႕လို႕ ပိုၿပီး အႏၱရာယ္ကင္းတယ္လို႕ ေျပာလို႕ ရပါတယ္။

အပိုင္း ( ၃ )

ဒါေပမယ့္လည္း တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာ System freeze ျဖစ္ၿပီး Operating System-based restart လို႕ ေခၚတဲ့ Soft reboot နည္းက သံုးမရတဲ့ အေျခအေန မ်ိဳးနဲ႕လည္း ၾကံဳတတ္ပါေသးတယ္။ အဲလိုဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ Soft reboot အစား Hard reboot နည္းကို သံုးရပါၿပီ။ Laptop မွာရွိတဲ့ power button ကို ၁၀ စကၠန္႕ေလာက္ အသာေလးဖိထားလိုက္ပါ။ သူ႕ဘာသာသူ Turn off ျဖစ္သြားပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ၿပီးသြားရင္ ခ်က္ခ်င္း ျပန္မဖြင့္ေသးဘဲ ေနာက္ထပ္ ၁၀ စကၠန္႕ေလာက္ ေစာင့္ၿပီးေတာ့မွ power button ကေနတစ္ဆင့္ Laptop ကို ျပန္ဖြင့္ၾကည့္ပါ။

အပိုင္း ( ၄ )

တစ္ခါတစ္ေလမွာ အေၾကာင္းတစ္စံုတစ္ရာေၾကာင့္ Soft reboot ေရာ Hard reboot ေရာ လုပ္မရတဲ့ အေျခအေနမ်ိဳးနဲ႕လည္း ၾကံဳတတ္ပါေသးတယ္။ အဲလိုျဖစ္ရင္ ေနာက္ဆံုးေရြးခ်ယ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ နည္းလမ္းကေတာ့ power source ကိုျဖတ္ေတာက္တဲ့ နည္းပါ။ ခပ္ၾကမ္းၾကမ္း ေျပာရရင္ေတာ့ ပလပ္ေခါင္း ဆြဲျဖဳတ္လို႕ပဲ ေျပာရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲလိုမွ မဟုတ္လည္း Battery ကို ျဖဳတ္တဲ့ နည္းလည္း သံုးလို႕ ရပါတယ္။ Battery ကို ဘယ္လိုျဖဳတ္ရမွာလဲ ဆိုတာကေတာ့ ကိုယ္ laptop ဝယ္တုန္းက ရလာတဲ့ documents ေတြကို ဖတ္ၾကည့္ၿပီး Battery ကို ဘယ္လို remove လုပ္ရမယ္ ဆိုတာ ေလ့လာရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Laptop brand တစ္ခုနဲ႕ တစ္ခုက လုပ္ေဆာင္ပံုခ်င္း မတူပါဘူး။

အႏွစ္ခ်ဳပ္ရရင္ Hard reboot လုပ္တဲ့နည္းက မတတ္သာတဲ့ အခ်ိန္က်မွသာ အသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လည္း ဆိုရင္ ဒီနည္းကို သံုးတဲ့ အခါ System တစ္ခုလံုးမွာ Run ေနတဲ့ processes အားလံုးက စနစ္တက် အပိတ္ခံရတာ မဟုတ္တဲ့ အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ Operating System components errors ေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ရွိလာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္ စက္အသံုးၾကမ္းရင္ ၾကမ္းသလို maintenance မလုပ္ရင္ မလုပ္သလို Windows ထဲကို ျပန္ဝင္လို႕ မရေတာ့တာ - NTLDR missing ျဖစ္တာ - Bootmgr missing ျဖစ္တာ - Loading မွာပဲ ရပ္ၿပီး Windows ထဲကို ဆက္မဝင္ႏိုင္ေတာ့တာ စသျဖင့္ မ်ိဳးစံု ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

Hard reboot ေပးတိုင္း အဲလို Error ျဖစ္ႏိုင္သလား ?? အဲတာကေတာ့ အျမဲတမ္း Hard reboot ေပးေနရတာ မ်ိဳးမဟုတ္ရင္ ေတာ္ယံုတန္ယံု မျဖစ္ပါဘူး။ ကိုယ္ကိုယ္တိုင္ကလည္း အားရင္အားသလို စက္ေလးကို Defragment ေလး လုပ္ေပးမယ္။ မလိုအပ္တဲ့ files ေတြကုိ ပံုမွန္ေလး ရွင္းေပးမယ္ Hard disk ေတြကို ပံုမွန္ Check disk ေပးထားမယ္ ဆိုရင္ အဲလို Error မ်ိဳးေတြက ျဖစ္ခဲပါတယ္။
